Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Uplevel website, assessment, question bank, explanations, progress tools, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Uplevel provides

Uplevel is an educational practice product for analog and RF circuit interview preparation. It provides questions, worked explanations, diagnostic feedback, and progress tracking. Uplevel does not provide accredited coursework, professional engineering advice, employment placement, or a guarantee of any interview, job, score, or other outcome.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is licensed to one individual and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to provide access to another person. Contact support@uplevelengineering.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Purchases and access

The price, taxes, and access period shown at checkout control your purchase. Full Access is a fixed $199 purchase that provides 90 days of access and does not renew. Uplevel does not offer a subscription or administer an installment plan. Stripe may present Klarna as a provider-managed payment option when you are eligible.

You may make another one-time purchase whenever you want to add another 90 days. Each completed repeat purchase extends access from the later of your existing access end date or that purchase’s confirmed payment time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Uplevel does not store your full card number or card security code. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed and may be suspended if a charge is reversed, disputed, or not completed.

5. Personal-use license

Uplevel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your access period. Uplevel and its licensors retain all rights in the questions, explanations, artwork, software, branding, and other content.

You may not copy, publish, redistribute, sell, scrape, systematically download, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, automate submissions, or use Service content to create or train a competing product or model. Ordinary personal notes that do not reproduce substantial portions of the content are permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the Service, probe its security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use another person’s account, or use the Service in violation of law. Uplevel may restrict or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

Uplevel may update content and features to improve the Service. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or events outside Uplevel’s control. If a material change substantially reduces paid access during an active access period, Uplevel will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate remedy.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Uplevel disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Educational explanations may contain errors; you should independently verify information used in professional work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uplevel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill. Uplevel’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Uplevel during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in California will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

11. Changes and contact

Uplevel may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
